When you order an item from our online store, it's packed and shipped directly from our store.
Orders are processed within one business day, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent directly to your email address, so please, enter your contact information so that we can keep you up to date on your order!
Currently, HKG uses the United States Post Office for all deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated by item weight and dimensions. Please be aware that your location may affect the cost of shipping as well. The final shipping cost, with tax, will be calculated when you check out.
If you choose the free "pick up in store" option, your item will be held behind the counter and can be picked up at any time during regular business hours.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your item's delivery so that we can arrange an exchange or refund. Once you have shipped the item back to us, we will gladly issue a refund for the item(s).
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return does not need to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.
